Background

EUROPA-CENTER manages high-quality real estate from various sectors for different purposes in Germany and Spain. As part of the rebranding, a comprehensive web project was initiated to create a digital presence that reflects the brand's high quality standards and strengthens trust in its services.

Challenge

A key challenge in the UX design was to present the wide range of real estate offers from different sectors and locations in Germany and Spain in a clear and targeted manner. It was also necessary to ensure that the website could be fully managed via a page builder in order to guarantee 100% control over content and page structure internally. The aim was to clearly structure the content to enable users to navigate intuitively and to bring the new brand identity to life.

Collaboration

The Hamburg-based design agency Sherpa initially implemented the rebranding and then acted as design lead, providing valuable feedback from a brand perspective on the UI/UX design and development. This collaboration ensured a consistent implementation of the new brand identity.
