Bieder & Maier, an Austrian coffee brand, partnered with us to revamp their webshop, reflecting their unique packaging style online and adding features like subscriptions, a Coffee Match Finder, and B2B support.

Background

Founded to bring quality Viennese coffee culture to a global audience, Bieder & Maier combines Austria’s heritage with bold innovation, reflected in their vibrant packaging and carefully crafted blends. Our goal was to translate this identity into a digital experience that would engage both individual coffee lovers and B2B clients. The site now includes subscription options, a coffee quiz for personalized selections, and a partnership with La Marzocco Austria for direct access to premium coffee machines.

Challenge

The new Bieder & Maier site needed to embody the brand’s unique identity while providing a seamless, engaging experience for customers. We set out to create a visually cohesive design that reflected the brand’s packaging, engage users with a Coffee Match Finder for personalized recommendations, and provide easy access to B2B information. Enhancing the shopping experience was a top priority, so we integrated detailed coffee profiles with essential information, including roast level, caffeine content, acidity, taste notes, and preparation methods.

With this blend of aesthetics and functionality, we crafted a digital experience as rich and inviting as Bieder & Maier’s coffee.
