We are happy to take on the challenge of supporting the Wiener Stadtwerke Group in recruiting for open 215 apprenticeship positions in order to continue to keep the most livable city in the world running.

Der Herausforderung, den Konzern dabei zu unterstützen mit deren zukünftigen Mitarbeiter:innen in Kontakt zu treten und für eine der jährlich 215 Lehrstellen zu motivieren, stellen wir uns gerne.
Die Wiener Stadtwerke Gruppe verfolgt nicht ausschließlich wirtschaftliche Ziele, sondern vor allem auch in Zeiten von Klima- & Energiekrise das Aufrechterhalten der Lebensqualität & klimaneutralen Zukunft Wiens. Es ergibt sich somit direkt die Möglichkeit für die Zielgruppe “Gen Z” ihre gegenwärtigen Sorgen durch das Tätigwerden bei der Wiener Stadtwerke Gruppe aus der Stadt zu schaffen.
Result
In the context of the conception & campaign development it was required to present the variety of apprenticeships and people within the company. It should be clear that everyone is welcome and can find a suitable apprenticeship within the group and at the same time contribute to the climate change.
The scope of the multi-phase recruiting campaign included the creation of advertising material for several digital-only channels as well as the creation of new photo, video & partly text content for all of the 19 apprenticeships which is available on wienerstadtwerke.at/lehre for interested parties.
