As a Fullstack Developer, you shape how digital experiences are built across architecture, performance and interaction. You work closely with design, project and account management and occasionally client teams to transform creative concepts into modular, scalable and elegant web platforms. Your focus lies in developing future-proof systems that merge usability, design precision and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, architect and implement web applications, e-commerce setups and brand websites
  • Develop and maintain DevOps and hosting environments (Docker, DigitalOcean, Vercel, CI/CD)
  • Build modular frontends with Svelte and React/Next, including motion and interaction development
  • Develop backend and headless CMS environments with Directus and Shopify Headless
  • Integrate APIs and connect external systems
  • Collaborate with design team to craft meaningful, interactive experiences
  • Support the team in quality assurance and testing to ensure stable, high-quality releases
  • Contribute to the analysis of technical feasibility and effort estimation during planning and sales phases
  • Take part in pitches, project kick-offs and workshops as technical lead
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation and process optimization to help less experienced developers and contribute to shared technical growth
Requirements
  • Solid experience in Fullstack or Lead Development (5+ years preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Svelte, Next.js)
  • Strong understanding of Headless CMS (Directus), Shopify and API-driven architectures
  • Familiar with Vercel, Docker, DigitalOcean and CI/CD deployment pipelines
  • Awareness for UI, motion and interactive storytelling
  • Experience with performance optimization, accessibility and SEO
  • Portfolio demonstrating precise, high-quality, performant digital work
  • Communicative, structured and confident in cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Fluent in German and/or English
