We are looking for an Account & Project Manager for the planning, implementation and management of digital campaigns and communication projects. You will ensure smooth processes, client satisfaction and efficient team collaboration - from conception to rollout.

Responsibilities

Consulting and support of customers
Handling of projects in a defined process incl. planning of projects, milestones and dependencies under given structures/processes together with the team
Strategic considerations, conception of digital campaigns and communication projects for brands including the management & organization of projects involving external / other service providers
Reporting of campaign results
Preparation of offers and cost estimates in given tools & processes
the ability to deliver strategies for convincing pitches
continuous development/optimization of project management & processes in general

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in working in interdisciplinary teams in an advertising-, creative or marketing agency to achieve the jointly defined goal
Basic knowledge and understanding of design, communication and media processes
Experience in using project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Awork, etc.
Experience in using digital campaign management tools, ideally Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio for reports.
Concept/text/design know-how is an advantage, but not a must
Very good command of English and German
High degree of personal responsibility
Good self-management
Proactive approach to projects & independent working style
