immOH!, a company belonging to the Wiener Stadtwerke Group, was looking for a suitable way to target qualified specialists more effectively. The focus was on making its corporate culture more visible. Honest, down-to-earth, and without unnecessary embellishment.

The focus was on developing communication that builds trust and attracts attention, going beyond traditional job advertisements. Real insights into the working environment and team culture were to form the basis for a credible employer brand.

A clearly structured web funnel enables efficient pre-selection of applications. This is supported by an automated mailing system for targeted follow-up communication—tailored to the respective position and applicant phase.
