A digital home for Vienna’s most iconic fashion store. STEFFL’s digital presence was reimagined as a contemporary extension of one of Vienna’s premium department stores.

The new platform translates STEFFL’s curated retail world into a digital experience that feels confident, editorial and easy to navigate. A smart brand overview helps users explore more than 600 labels, while services, vouchers, STEFFL Club, events and store information are brought into one connected structure.

INTEGRATION LAYER

Looks simple. Runs through many systems.

Behind the interface, a new integration layer connects Salesforce DRM, Salesforce Data 360, Advarics and Shopify as voucher backend. It brings different system accounts into one bundled user experience, keeps website, app, loyalty and retail data in sync, and supports the migration of around 75,000 user accounts.

BRAND SHIFT

Heritage, made more contemporary.

The relaunch was not only a technical or visual update. It extended the STEFFL brand into a new digital concept: younger, sharper, more editorial and closer to the energy of the store. A refined visual language, clearer UX principles and flexible design system created a digital presence that feels unmistakably STEFFL, but more current across website, app and service touchpoints.

APP EXTENSION

The STEFFL experience, now mobile.

The app relaunch extended the new digital identity beyond the website, creating a clearer mobile touchpoint for loyalty, service and brand communication. UX concept, UI design and middleware logic were developed by FF Office, with native app development by all about apps.
