After the strategic reorientation and brand repositioning of the winery in southern Styria, a new international-ready eCommerce experience was required.

An eCommerce experience shaped for an international wine brand.

Following the strategic repositioning by tochter, the new brand required an international-ready online store that translates its distinctive offline brand feeling into a digital context.

Multiple languages, markets, product assortments, and pricing models needed to be handled within one scalable system. A custom eCommerce stack using Directus as headless CMS, the Shopify API, and a bespoke frontend enabled flexibility across markets while maintaining performance and consistency. Continuous design reviews with tochter ensured brand integrity, complemented by UX input to meet the standards of a state-of-the-art online store.
